Open Live Q&A →In Settings, choose which live sources automatically create AI answers and how often partial responses are updated.
Open Live Q&A Settings →Understand what happened, share selected results, and keep commitments moving.
Select a saved meeting, then move between its main views:

Use a current desktop version of Chrome or Edge. Allow microphone access when prompted. When capturing shared meeting audio, select a tab, window, or screen that the browser can share.
Before recording, turn on Capture shared meeting audio. When the browser asks what to share, select the meeting source and enable its audio-sharing option. Microphone capture alone records only your side.
Confirm that the recorder or connected live source is running. In Live Q&A Settings, verify that automatic answers are enabled for the source you expect: microphone, speaker, or clipboard.
Confirm that you selected Stop & Process, kept the recorder page open, and waited for the saved confirmation. A discarded recording will not appear in Meeting Review.
Check the selected search scope and filters. Confirm that the relevant document was uploaded, the meeting package was saved, or the previous meeting finished processing. Try a shorter, more specific question.
Open Meeting Review Settings and change Scorecard Source to your microphone, the other participant’s speaker audio, or all available audio sources.
Clear the Action Center filters and check the Closed view. Open actions, completed actions, owner, meeting, due date, priority, status, and search filters can all change what is displayed.
Inform participants and obtain any consent required by applicable laws and workplace rules. Review sensitive transcript content before creating a share link.
Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and a screenshot or file when useful.
